Husband: Hey, where's the spatula? I need it for the pancakes.

Wife: It's in the drawer next to the stove.

Husband: Thanks. And do we have a whisk for the eggs?

Wife: Yes, it's hanging on the hook by the sink.

Husband: Great. Could you pass me the cutting board? I'll chop the vegetables.

Wife: Sure, here you go. Need a knife too?

Husband: Yeah, please get the big knife. Is the pot clean for the soup?

Wife: I just washed it. It's on the drying rack.

Husband: Perfect. By the way, have you seen the measuring cups?

Wife: They should be in that cupboard above the coffee maker.

Husband: Got it. Thanks for your help!

Wife: No problem, happy cooking!

Introduction to the kitchen

Seller: Welcome! Let's check out the kitchen first. It's spacious and full of light.

Buyer: Sounds good. Is there a dishwasher in here?

Seller: Yes, right under the counter. And the oven is brand new.

Buyer: Nice. How about the fridge? Is it included?

Seller: Yes, the fridge stays. It's this stainless steel one here.

Buyer: Perfect. I noticed the island – that's great for extra workspace.

Seller: Exactly. Plus, there's storage underneath. Cabinets are roomy too.

Buyer: Good to know. Is there a pantry for groceries?

Seller: Yes, it's right next to the fridge. Lots of shelves for storage.

Buyer: I like the big window here. Makes the kitchen feel open.

Seller: Agreed. It's a lovely spot for plants or even a breakfast nook.

I set the table

Person A: Hey, do you know where the plates are? I want to set the table.

Person B: Sure, they're in the cabinet above the dishwasher.

Person A: Got it. And what about the bowls for soup or cereal?

Person B: Those are in the cupboard to the left of the sink.

Person A: Thanks. And where can I find the glasses?

Person B: The glasses are in the cupboard next to the fridge.

Person A: Perfect. What about the silverware – forks, knives, and spoons?

Person B: They're in the top drawer, right under the counter.

Person A: Awesome. One more thing, where's the serving platter?

Person B: Oh, that's in the buffet in the dining room.
